Ferry Koster (1972) is Associate Professor of Labor, Organization and Management at the Department of Sociology of Erasmus University Rotterdam and Distinguished Professor of Innovative Collaboration at TIAS School for Business and Society of Tilburg University. He earned his PhD degree at the University of Groningen and the Interuniversity Center for Social Science Research and Methodology (ICS) in 2005. His dissertation, entitled For the time being, contains chapters concerning the effects of temporary employment relationships on solidarity within organizations.
